Poster Session Details
Members of the BlackinX network are invited to join an Interdisciplinary Twitter poster session on Wednesday June 30, 2021 using the hashtag #BlackInXPoster.
To be eligible for a cash prize, participants must:

Submit an abstract by Friday, June 25, 2021.

Tweet their poster on Wednesday June 30, 2021 between 6am - 11:59 PM EST.

Judges will review and comment on posters until the end of the conference
Event Guidelines

Tag @blackinxnetwork, use the hashtag #BlackinXconference, plus the hashtag of your choice of BlackinX groups (#BlackinChem, #BlackinSwimming, etc)

Only tweet your poster once and from one Twitter account.

Set Twitter profile to public for the duration of the poster session event

Pin your poster tweet so your poster is easy to find

After tweeting your official poster, comment on the poster thread and introduce yourself! Feel free to add supporting poster information to the thread as well

Judging will be conducted through the comment thread on your poster by our event judges.

Please block and report spurious comments on your poster

Please be mindful of appropriate permissions while presenting copyright images.

Please be mindful of prospective journal and advisor policies before presenting unpublished data. Responsibility for the data rests on the presenter.
